1. Once you say yes we would like to book Wood Fired Up we give you 5 business days to send us a deposit of $500. The remaining amount is due the day of the event once on site.
2. If we don’t receive the deposit within the 5 business days the date then opens back up for any other persons / company
3. 45 days of the booking we ask for a menu choices and final number of guests.
4. 100% refund if canceled 60 day prior to the event date. Cancel with 59-30 days prior to the event Wood Fired Up keeps the 50% deposit. 29 days to day of the event 100% is due to Wood Fired Up (ex 100 pizzas is $1000 minus the $500 deposit the remaining owed is $500).
5. Number of guests for Wedding/Event can’t decrease more than 10%. So please make sure the number you request is a good number guest. (Ex. you stated 150 guests then changed 45 days prior to the event to 100 guests you will be charged 150-10% = 135 guests or MINIMUM of $2000). If there is a more than 10% increase PLEASE let us know so we can staff your Wedding/Event accordingly.
